- Install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and maintain facility systems, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement periodic maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures.
- Assist service personnel and contractors in maintenance-related tasks.
- Ensure the availability of spare parts and maintenance supplies to minimize downtime.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the maintenance operations.
- Ability and willingness to work in a chemical environment while wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must pass a respirator fitness exam and be able to work while wearing a respirator.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and communication.
- Ability to work safely with electricity, demonstrating knowledge and respect for personal limits and adhering to lockout/tagout requirements.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
